What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email), content you post in the community (questions, comments), and product usage such as which videos you've watched and your progress. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To provide the membership (authentication, billing, video access, progress tracking), to communicate with you about your account and content, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that power the membership: Supabase (accounts and data), Stripe (billing), Mux (video hosting), and our email provider (transactional email). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can update your profile and manage your subscription from your account. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us — we'll confirm what can be deleted immediately versus what we retain briefly for billing and legal record-keeping.

Security

We use row-level access controls on our database, encrypted connections, and short-lived, entitlement-checked tokens for video playback. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least privilege throughout.
