1. The membership

The Clarity Mentorship ("the membership") is a paid, recurring subscription operated by Drew Brown / Smiley House Media ("we," "us"). It provides access to video content, a monthly live group session, and a member community for as long as your subscription remains active.

2. Billing

Membership is billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account — you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

3. Acceptable use

Your membership is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't share your login, redistribute video content, or attempt to circumvent access controls. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

4. Not medical or crisis care

The membership is educational and coaching content. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.

5. Community guidelines

Community areas are moderated. We may hide or remove content, and suspend accounts, that violate our community standards or these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the membership evolves. We'll post the updated date above when we do.
